Islam uplifts them — not as objects, but as sources of mercy, love, and tranquility.
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
“Women are the cause of happiness of the heart;
that’s why they’re also called:
the reason to the happiness of the soul.”

A righteous woman — not one flaunting beauty for fame,
…but one adorned with ḥayā’, īmān, and taqwā —
She heals hearts, nurtures peace, and cultivates love that brings barakah.
Her silence is wisdom.
Her gaze is lowered.
Her smile is mercy.
Her words are duʿā’.
She is a daughter who brings joy,
A wife who brings serenity,
A mother who builds nations.
Her worth is not in the eyes of the dunya,
But in the sight of Ar-Raḥmān.
Cherish her. Honour her. Protect her.
For she is a gift —
A reason to the happiness of the soul.
