Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

1. Donation Policy – Non-Refundable

​​

  • All donations made to Articsledge are voluntary, final, and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error (such as duplicate transactions).

  • If you believe there has been an error in your donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after verification by our team and may take up to 10 working days.

2. Online Courses and Educational Programs

​​

  • Once you enroll in a program and payment is confirmed (if paid), we do not offer refunds unless the course is cancelled by us or there is a critical scheduling conflict caused by Articsledge.

  • Cancellations made by the student after joining a course will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If a class session is missed due to unforeseen circumstances on our side (e.g., technical failure, instructor unavailability), we will offer a make-up class or a rescheduled session.

  • Students are expected to attend regularly. Lack of attendance or personal scheduling conflicts are not valid reasons for refunds.

3. Physical Products (Upcoming Shop)

 

This policy applies once our online store is launched.

a. Order Cancellation

​

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

​

b. Returns

​

  • Returns will only be accepted for items that are:

    • Damaged during delivery

    • Incorrect items shipped

    • Defective in manufacturing

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 7 days of our confirmation.

c. Refunds

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the criteria above.

4. Digital Content and Downloads

​​

  • Any digital product (e.g., eBooks, PDFs, recordings, or digital study materials) is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

​

5. Discretionary Exceptions

  • In rare cases, at our discretion, we may consider refunds or credits for future use in circumstances of genuine hardship. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

  • Full Name

  • Email used during transaction

  • Order number / Payment ID (if applicable)

  • Reason for request

  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, receipts)
