AI Customer Service Performance Analyzer Software is a complete full-stack application that uses transformer-based AI models to evaluate customer service interactions, score agent performance, and generate actionable training recommendations. Built with Python FastAPI backend and React TypeScript frontend, this production-ready software analyzes sentiment, detects emotions, classifies topics, and measures response quality across professionalism, empathy, clarity, and helpfulness dimensions.

 

The application processes customer service conversations from chat, email, or phone channels and delivers comprehensive performance metrics including resolution rates, satisfaction scores, and sentiment trends. Four pre-trained transformer models power the analysis: DistilBERT for sentiment classification, DistilRoBERTa for emotion detection, BART for topic categorization, and SentenceTransformer for semantic quality assessment. The system includes SQLite database storage, interactive dashboard visualizations with Recharts, and REST API endpoints documented in Swagger UI.

The package includes synthetic training data covering 60 sample conversations across billing, technical support, complaints, returns, and general inquiries. Synthetic data generation protects user privacy while providing realistic coverage for model training and testing.
