AI Social Media Content Generator is a complete web application that creates engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. You enter your topic and preferences, and the system generates optimized posts in seconds using advanced language models. The application includes a FastAPI backend powered by Claude AI and a React frontend with Tailwind CSS.
The generator supports eight distinct tones (professional, casual, friendly, humorous, inspirational, educational, promotional, urgent) and ten content types including announcements, educational posts, behind-the-scenes content, polls, product showcases, and event promotions. You can generate content for single or multiple platforms simultaneously, specify target audiences, and control whether to include emojis, hashtags, and calls-to-action. Each platform's output respects character limits and follows established best practices for that network's algorithm.
Built-in history management stores all generated content in a local SQLite database. You can view past generations, filter by platform, copy content to clipboard, export your entire history as JSON, or clear all records. The statistics dashboard tracks generation counts by platform, content type preferences, and recent activity patterns. The application generates multiple content variations when requested, each using different approaches such as emotional appeal, data focus, storytelling, or question-based hooks.
This is a self-hosted solution requiring Python 3.10 or higher, Node.js 16 or higher, and your own Anthropic API key. The backend runs on FastAPI with uvicorn, while the frontend serves through React development server or can be built for production deployment. Configuration happens through environment files where you set your API credentials and CORS origins. The included deployment guide covers traditional VPS hosting, Docker containers, and modern platforms like Railway, Render, Vercel, and Netlify.
The generator uses synthetic content creation to produce original posts tailored to your specifications while protecting any information you reference in your topics. All data remains on your infrastructure; the application does not transmit user information beyond what you explicitly include in generation requests to the AI service.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This application has been fully developed with all features implemented. However, it has not been tested in a live production environment.
