AI Support Knowledge Base Generator is a self-hosted software application that transforms unstructured support content into organized, searchable knowledge bases. Upload support tickets, FAQs, documentation, and files in TXT, CSV, PDF, or DOCX format, and the system automatically categorizes content, extracts articles, generates FAQ pairs, and builds a structured knowledge base with intelligent search capabilities.
Built on Flask (Python) and React, the application includes a complete backend API and responsive web interface. It processes content using keyword-based categorization across 10 predefined categories (Account, Billing, Technical, Features, Integration, Troubleshooting, Getting Started, Security, API, General) with confidence scoring. The system uses synthetic data generation techniques to improve coverage and protect user information when creating knowledge base entries from raw support data. Search functionality includes relevance scoring and category filtering. Analytics dashboard provides insights into content distribution and knowledge gaps. Export your knowledge base in JSON, CSV, Markdown, or HTML formats.
All data remains on your infrastructure. The application uses SQLite for local storage with no external API calls or cloud dependencies. System requirements: Python 3.8+, 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended), modern web browser. Maximum file size is 10MB per upload. Content processing is currently optimized for English language only. Automatic categorization achieves 85-90% accuracy based on keyword matching and text analysis algorithms (scikit-learn). No real-time collaboration features or cloud synchronization included.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This application has been fully developed with all features implemented. However, it has not been tested in a live production environment. Buyer should expect to perform integration testing and may encounter minor bugs that require fixing. Basic technical knowledge and development skills are required for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
LICENSE TERMS: Seller retains full ownership and control. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license—AS IS, no support/updates, no refunds, no other obligations. Buyer may build and operate a materially new, closed-source product (including SaaS/paid service) for their own business/customers. Buyer may not open-source or disclose the application, nor resell, redistribute, rebrand, sublicense, or use the application (or any derivative) to create a competing or substantially similar product.
