The Articsledge Ticket Categorization & Routing System is a production-ready AI application that automatically categorizes support tickets, assigns priority levels, and routes them to appropriate teams using machine learning. The system categorizes tickets into 10 predefined categories including Technical Support, Billing, Account Management, Product Feature Requests, Bug Reports, General Inquiry, Sales, Compliance and Security, Integration and API, and Performance Issues. Each prediction includes confidence scores, priority assignment from Low to Critical, intelligent team routing, and additional metadata such as sentiment analysis, urgency scoring, and keyword extraction. The machine learning models achieve over 90% accuracy on the included training dataset and process tickets in under 100 milliseconds.
 
Built with Python, Flask, and scikit-learn, the application includes both a web interface and a complete REST API for programmatic access. You can categorize single tickets or process batches of multiple tickets simultaneously.
