No Love for the Sahabah = No Islam in the Heart!
Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:
“Whoever curses the companions or one of them or joins with his curse, or claims that ʿAlī is worthy of worship or a prophet or that Jibreel was mistaken — then there is no doubt in his kufr. Nay, there is no doubt in the kufr of he who stop (hesitates) in takfīr of him.”
Al-Saarim al-Maslool ʿAlaa Shaatim al-Rasool, p. 591
How tragic it is today to see people praising those who insult the most beloved companions of Rasūlullāh ﷺ — especially the noble Ṣaḥābah like Abū Bakr, ʿUmar, ʿĀ’ishah, and the entire generation that Allāh Himself praised in His Book.
Claiming that ʿAlī رضي الله عنه is divine?
Accusing Jibreel of making a mistake?
Cursing the most beloved companions?
This is not "freedom of belief." This is clear kufr — and worse still, those who hesitate to declare this kufr have themselves fallen into it, as Ibn Taymiyyah warned with thunderous clarity.
The companions are the backbone of this dīn.
They carried Qur’ān to us. They preserved the Sunnah. They shed their blood for Islām. To insult them is to insult Islām itself.
No one hates the Ṣaḥābah except a heart filled with hypocrisy.
No one curses them except someone who has cursed the Prophet’s own choice of friends and helpers.
Stand firm with Ahl al-Sunnah. Love what the Prophet ﷺ loved. Defend the honour of his noble companions. May Allāh protect our tongues from ever uttering what leads to disbelief.
