Start with the Right, As the Prophet ﷺ Taught

Our mother ʿĀ’ishah رضي الله عنها narrated:
"The Prophet ﷺ used to start every good thing from the right side whenever possible — whether in washing, combing his hair, or wearing shoes."
(Saḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 426)
How beautiful is the Sunnah! Even in the smallest daily habits, our Prophet ﷺ taught us refinement, discipline, and excellence.
Let’s revive this forgotten Sunnah:
When you put on your shoes, start with the right.
When you comb your hair, start with the right.
When you make wudūʾ, begin with the right.
These small acts, done with love and intention, are beloved to Allah and make our lives full of blessings.
Following the Sunnah is not just in big things—it’s a way of life, even in the smallest moments.
