Why Ikhwan Praised the Enemies of the Sunnah
Have you ever wondered: Why do Ikhwān al-Muslimeen always praise those who attack the very core of Islām — the Sunnah and its people?
From Rāfiḍah to grave worshippers, Sūfīs to secularists — Ikhwānīs call everyone “our brothers.” They praise their efforts, overlook their innovations, and welcome them into coalitions for the so-called “greater good.”
But the real reason is this:
Ikhwān prioritises political unity over religious purity.
They don’t start with Tawḥīd.
They don’t care for the Salafi manhaj.
They call to numbers, not creed — to power, not purification.
That’s why you’ll find them praising:
Rāfiḍah who curse the Ṣaḥābah,
Sūfīs who call upon the dead,
Ashʿarīs who distort Allāh’s Names and Attributes,
And even modernists who openly reject clear aḥādīth.
All in the name of “unity”.
But this is not the unity that Allah praised.
This is not the Ummah the Prophet ﷺ described.
This is deception — sugar-coated betrayal of the truth.
If you see a man praising the people of innovation — know that he himself is a person of desires.
The true people of Sunnah speak with clarity.
They praise Ahl al-Ḥadīth.
They defend the Ṣaḥābah.
They expose innovation — not partner with it.
So if you're with a group that praises enemies of the Sunnah, know that you are in the wrong crowd.
Return to the pure call of the Prophets: Tawḥīd, Sunnah, and separation from falsehood.
